It has been my experience that those who are very anti homosexuals are trying to hide their own sexual inadequacy as they see it. Normal people are indifferent. With Islamaphoebia you have a lot of little brown men who want to be big white men or at least accepted by the white establishment. Even in the Nazi death camps you had the Jüdische Ghetto-Polizei, Jewish collaborators who were hated more than the Nazi’s.
Glen Jenvey out of work actor spreading hate and Islamaphoebia.
When Murdoch pulls your story fact or fiction you are not to be taken seriously.Jenvey has been accused of manufacturing evidence of Islamist threats. On 7 January 2009 the UK tabloid newspaper The Sun ran an exclusive front-page story saying that participants in a discussion on Ummah.com, a British Muslim internet forum, had made a "hate hit list" of British Jews to be targeted by extremists over the 2008–2009 Israel–Gaza conflict. The story, which Jenvey had sold to news agency South West News Service featured Jenvey as an 'anti-terror expert', stating, "Those listed [on the forum] should treat it very seriously. Expect a hate campaign and intimidation by 20 or 30 thugs."
The UK magazine Private Eye, later said that Jenvey, posting to the forum under the pseudonym "Abuislam", had in fact created the only evidence that pointed to anything other than a peaceful letter-writing campaign. The story has since been removed from The Sun's website following complaints to the UK's Press Complaints Commission.
Glen Jenvey wants the be a white man, an Anglo Saxon and his own Arab blood will never permit this to be the case, thus accounting for his own rage and anti social behaviour, which we catalogue in this article.
He loves the American dream but with his skin colour and features, the best he will get is being stopped at airports for indeed he looks like a typical CIA profile of a suspected terrorist.
Alleged Christians and especially converted Christians, pass no remarks at the sacrifice of sheep in the Old Testament on the direct orders of the God of their belief.
They pass no remarks about Jesus tucking into a nice Kosher plate of meat, at the Last Supper or Abraham Koshering a ram to sacrifice instead of his son.
This brown faced unemployed actor ( his own words) is now questioning Eblex on Halal and Kosher meat in his quest to stir up trouble for our Jewish and Moslem brothers.
Glen Jenvey turned on his own people and he appears to be a frustrated white man.
On Friday 21 November 1997 Jenvey was involved in 'an alleged road- rage incident after an angry altercation with another driver'. Jenvey was described as 'aged 32, unemployed, of Whiteparish, near Salisbury' and as having to 'report back to police on December 16 after he was reported on suspicion of assault'.
When the case came to court a year later Jenvey was described as "an unemployed actor:" Yes an unemployed actor. He has been acting ever since.
During the period where Jenvey was described as 'unemployed' and an 'unemployed actor' (November 1997 and August 1998) and was living in Whiteparish near Salisbury in Wiltshire, he was allegedly working as a press officer for the 'political wing' of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. At the time the International secretariat of LTTE was at 211 Katherine Road, London E6 IBU. According to Google maps this address is 129 miles from Whiteparish.
Jenvey is claimed to have played a part in the arrest and conviction of the Muslim cleric and tabloid hate figure Abu Hamza. In a long article on the website Global Politician by the News of the World journalist Lewis Panther, Jenvey says: “it had become an obsession bringing Hamza down and I jacked in my job as a van driver to spend all hours posing as a fanatical Muslim.” “It wasn’t the hardest thing to do,” he said, “as I’d had the experience of getting inside a group to spy on them when I worked as the Tamil Tigers press officer to spy on them for the Sri Lankan military.”
Jenvey set up a website so as to appear to be dedicated to the creation of an Islamic state in Britain. The website was called Islamic News and according to the Internet Archive, went active on 24 May 2002. Jenvey used the alias 'Pervez Khan', referring to himself as Editor-in-Chief of the site. Some time around October 2002, Jenvey came into contact with fellow 'terrorism expert' Neil Doyle who wrote articles giving some flattering exposure to Jenvey in the press.
Tim Ireland of Bloggerheads presents evidence that Glen Jenvey, who was the source for a report in the Sun about a plan by Islamists to target British Jews for harrassment, may in fact have written the very postings to a Muslim forum under an assumed name which were then presented by the Sun as evidence for the plot.
20 January: A news magazine reports exactly the same story, although the words “Bloggerheads“, “blog”, and “Tim Ireland” are noticeably absent. The name of the periodical? Step forward Private Eye magazine, which has an article on page 4 of its latest issue (1228) under the heading “How Extremism Works”.
But there is something new – the detail that “the PCC is investigating a number of complaints” about the Sun‘s scare-mongering article.
There is no suggestion in any of the accounts that Jenvey ever actually met Hamza. Rather it suggests that having set up Islamic News, Jenvey requested that Hamza sent him recordings of his speeches.
Jenvey says on 6 June 2003 he then made a statement Scotland Yard’s anti-terrorist branch who said they would pass on the information to the FBI. According to the article one of the films which Jenvey passed on to johnathangaltfilms.com was used in evidence against an associate of Hamza called James Ujaama.
By September 2002 Islamic News no longer posted links to militant muslim websites, and instead posted a message reading: "We've changed our mind about this whole terrorism thing. Jehad is Crap!" [ The message on the homepage was signed with the name Johnathan Galt and ended thus:
By 2006 Jenvey had teamed up with another anti-Muslim activist, a businessman called Dominic Whiteman. Unlike Jenvey Whiteman was well connected with friends in the City and in politics. Jenvey became a member of an organisation they referred to as VIGIL. On 14 November 2006 the BBC ran stories on File on 4 and Newsnight based heavily on VIGIL's research. Newsnight reporter Richard Watson referred to "radicalisation over the internet, on university campuses and in criminal gangs" and "alarming evidence which reveals how a minority of young British Muslims are being drawn into a life of extremism and crime.
Fabricated threats and the targeting of Alan Sugar
He created false stories then investigated them.
On 1 January 2009 The Sun and The Express printed claims by Jenvey that individuals had posted threats of a September 11th style terrorist attack in the United States on an Islamist website. Jenvey referred to a posting which commenting that an "new overwhelming attack is going to occur very soon". [18] The version of the story appearing in the Scottish issue of The Sun referred to Jenvey as a 'top Government counter-terrorism expert' and identified the website in question as the forum website Al-Firdaws, ] which appears to be focused on Islamic jurisprudence. The story as it appeared in The Express also referred to Jenvey as a 'top Government counter-terrorism expert',. That 'Jenvey's warning was backed by Tory MP Patrick Mercer, the chairman of the House of Commons Counter-Terrorism Sub-committee.
This little dark skinned man just a broker of hate, liar and a very bad actor, the sort of person only Murdochs press would take seriously.
It makes for a highly revealing insight into how the tabloids regard both the PCC and those that complain to the organisation:
glen jenvey Speading his message of hate against his own Moslem background.
The complaint suggests that "the intent of the thread was to start a polite letter writing campaign to persuade the influential Jewish people that what Israel is doing in Gaza is wrong". With respect, we do not agree that the intent of the thread was simply to start a "polite letter writing campaign". It is clear from even just a cursory review that the Website carries numerous extreme views and is widely used by Islamic extremists to discuss radical and/or extremist subjects. We have reviewed both the thread which prompted the article and other threads on the Website and we have no doubt that it was reasonable for The Sun to describe the Website as a "fanatics website". For example, the Website contains one message board entitled "Does anyone here recognise Israel's right to exist" which contains threads that include quotes such as "Muslims are a patient people. Jews are a greedy people. Who will win in the end?" (posted by 'AbuMusaab' at 7:56am on 4 January 2009); "you are a fool if you think that the Muslims will let you live in peace" (posted by 'SunniHammer' at 8:39am on 4 January 2009); and "you won't find any peace until all of you thieves were kicked out from the Palestine inshallah" (posted by 'Ammarcool' at 9:56am on 4 January 2009). These are just three examples.
In light of this, in our view, to regard Islamic extremists as being in the business of sending "polite letters" is naive and extreme. This is based on the expert opinion of Glen Jenvey, an expert in radical Islam. In any event, as a matter of common knowledge, we are unaware of a single incident of Islamic extremists writing polite letters. It is quite obviously a euphemism which almost does not require expert opinion to establish.
Rather then than even allow a modicum of respect for the complainer, Dudman sets out from the very beginning to smear Ummah.com, just indeed as Jenvey himself did. Just as you could cherry-pick from the MySun forums what could be regarded as "extreme" views, the Sun finds a few predictably hot-headed opinions, as was the mood back in January, and presents this as evidence that the site was and is an extremist hotbed. Such extremists couldn't possibly then conceive of such a polite and dignified way of expressing their opinion by sending "polite letters"; it simply has to be a euphemism. And what's more, our expert, Glen Jenvey, says so.
Dudman then goes on to contradict himself:
The matters raised in the article are plainly matters of public interest. Exposing, even at the earliest of stages, a proposed conspiracy to cause harm to prominent British Jews is a matter that The Sun is and should be free to report. It is not the case that public interest is and can only be served by reporting such matters to the police.
Err, except the Sun is only claiming that a list was to be drawn up, or so Dudman claims. Even at earliest stages? This drawing up, as noted previously, was hardly moving fast and "Abuislam", aka Jenvey, had to keep bumping the thread to get any sort of story which he could sell on.
Central to the complaint is the suggestion that Glen Jenvey, the terrorism expert quoted by The Sun in the article is connected to (or in fact may possibly be) a freelance journalist called 'Richard Tims'. Additionally the complaint suggests that it was 'Richard Tims' who posted the thread on the Website using the avatar 'Abuislam' which is referred to in the article. We have spoken to Mr Jenvey regarding the complaint, particularly in relation to the allegation that he is in some way connected to 'Richard Tims'. Mr Jenvey has categorically denied that he is, or that he uses the name, 'Richard Tims' or, indeed, that he ever met anyone by that name. Mr Jenvey also denies that he ever posted any threads on the Website.
Well, to quote Mandy Rice-Davis, seeing as we're going back 40 years plus today, he would say that, wouldn't he? Since then Jenvey has of course admitted that he was Abuislam, and as a result the Sun, in its half-hearted apology, put all the blame on him. That this was a complete failure to abide by the most basic practices of journalism, that you check and check again, and that you don't rely on the word of just one person unless you absolutely have to is neither here nor there for this straightfoward, honest newspaper.
His Attack on Red Tractor and the British Meat Trade
Glen Jenvey, the self-styled terrorism expert responsible for the Sun's fabricated "Terror Target Sugar" story about a supposed Muslim extremist hitlist (although he now denies this), recently posted a glowing account of the English Defence League and its membership ("I was amazed at the grass root support of EDL and the British Freedom Party which is a new political party which has been now merged with the EDL leadership ... it was made up of every race as they have a open membership which is not reported in the UK media").
And now it appears that Jenvey has taken his admiration one step further and joined the British Freedom party. They have crossposted an article by Jenvey on their website denouncing the sale of halal meat, with an introduction describing him as a British Freedom member.
Given his record, British Freedom might be advised to be a bit wary of Jenvey. A few years back he announced his conversion to Islam, and joined Anjem Choudary's group, only to subsequently declare that this had been a sting operation aimed at exposing Choudary and the terrorist threat he supposedly represents. Before that, Jenvey claimed to have infiltrated the Tamil Tigers.
However, in view of his long history of stoking Islamophobia, which includes an appearance in the notorious documentary Obsession – Radical Islam's War Against the West, there are perhaps stronger grounds for accepting Jenvey's new affiliation as genuine.
18 Sep 2011 – Many minorities in Canada and the U.S. suffered discrimination initially, especially during wartime. Still, the current wave of Islamophobia will ...
Letter to Eblex - Under the Freedom of Information Act
Dear Mr N Allen
Regarding EBLEX who are collecting levy from all slaughterhouse in England, I would like to know how the levy collect from the halal slaughterhouse are benefiting the Muslim business's directly or indirectly, with over 5000 Independent Muslim butchers shop in the UK, I would be great-full if you can provide me the information,
1. A recent survey which was carried out by the Food Standards Agency estimated that 25 % of meat slaughtered in English abattoirs was slaughtered for the Halal Market. Do you agree with this figure?
2. If the figure from the FSA are accurate this means that 8,060,000 number of sheep and Lambs are Halal slaughtered per annum which, if we were to assume 80% are sheep would result in £3,100,000 being collected by EBLEX in levy from the Halal sector. Do you agree with this figure? and if not, what do you estimate the figure to be?
Please note that the Sheep farmer are benefiting directly as they have been reared on the farm and are going into the halal market so the farmers are benefiting as their contribution (.60p per sheep they pay)
155,000 X £.80 = £124,000 per/week
£124,000 X 52wk = £3,100,000 per/ann
Total levy collect by Eblex for halal slaughter are based on the figures by FSA £3,100,000 approx of which 81% the levy comes from stun slaughter house’s( £2,511,000) and 18% comes from not stunned slaughter house’s (£558,000).
3. The Muslim community accept that levy is spent in a number of areas to benefit herd health, land management, the training of stockmen and of course marketing. In the past EBLEX have undertaken Halal specific marketing activity based on identified need as a result of the report produced by you on the Halal sector. The Muslim community all welcome this type of positive work and are keen to now know what programme of marketing activity EBLEX have for the Halal sector in the coming years. Could you forward me a copy of the EBLEX business plan and specifically the marketing programme for 2012/13 and highlight the Halal specific or Halal complementary activity.
4. One area of marketing that the Muslim community feel that you have over looked is the importance of food within our religious celebrations such as Eid and Qurbani and we were wondering whether EBLEX had any plans to produce point of sale materials for Halal Meat retailers to use to promote English Halal Lamb at these times in the same way as EBLEX produces Point of Sale Materials for Christian religious celebration such as Christmas?
5. I note that much of the work that EBLEX does in marketing is based on recipe ideas. What consultation has EBLEX made with Muslim Chefs and Cooks in the production of these recipes? And, given that the majority of the UK Muslim population will already cook a wide range of Halal dishes, have you considered taking their knowledge and using it to produce Halal based recipes for areas where non Muslims cook for Muslim consumers such as school meals, the NHS and HM Prison Service as well as ready meal manufacturers for Social Services and the NHS? If, not, do you have plans to produce such a swork stream? and if not, why?
6. As EBLEX are bound by the commissioning act, what process was used in tendering for the resent report that has been carried out by Dr Huluk regarding religious slaughter, also what was his remit? does this report benefits the non stun market?
7. How do you think this report that EBLEX has just carried out on religious slaughter will benefit the non stun slaughter houses, and if not how do you intend to address this market when the Muslim community are demanding the true method for halal slaughter, when your last report carried out by EBLEX said that all the Muslim community given the choice would preferred non stun.
8. As QSM and red Tractor are heavily funded by EBLEX, can you explain why are EBLEX funding such organisation that does not recognise the true method for halal slaughter which is non stun for the Muslim community and also these organisation are excludes the Jewish community?
Why are EBLEX's funds been used when the levy is collected from all slaughterhouse regardless of the method slaughter, yet this left wing organisation, Red Tractor and your own QSM standard only benefits the stun slaughterhouses, their by excluding all the 5000 Muslim butcher shops in England.
This is one weeks Halal Slaughter Data collected from FSA for w/c 19 to 25 September 2011;
A total of 43,772 cattle / calves were slaughtered at 194 establishments, of which:
1,314 (3%) were slaughtered by the Shechita (Jewish) method at 4 establishments, with 10% of these were stunned immediately after bleeding.
1,727 (4%) were slaughtered by the Halal (Muslim) method at 16 establishments. 84% of these were stunned before slaughter, 15% were not stunned before slaughter, and less than 1% stunned after bleeding.
A total of 307,512 sheep and goats were slaughtered at 202 establishments, of which:
1,917 (less than 1%) were slaughtered by the Shechita (Jewish)method (all not stunned) at 4 establishments.
154,795 (50%) were slaughtered by the Halal (Muslim) method at 39 establishments. 81% of these were stunned before slaughter,18% of these were not stunned before slaughter, and less than 1% stunned after bleeding.
A total of 16,101,844 poultry were slaughtered at 73 establishments, of which:
71,236 (less than 1%) were slaughtered by the Shechita (Jewish)method (all not stunned) at 5 establishments.
4,766,237 (30%) were slaughtered by the Halal (Muslim) method at 29 establishments. 88% of these were stunned before slaughter and 12% of these were not stunned before slaughter.
With the figures produced by FSA regarding halal slaughter, and OVA carried out in one week 19 to 25 September 2011, we are now able to carry out the amount of levy in my opinion collect by EBLEX, these figures are approximant of what I believe would be collected from the halal industry.
I would appreciate your early response, once you have forwarded me with the information, I would also appreciate a meeting with you and your Muslim working group.
Thank You
